Tell us where the water stands

Call, text or send the form. Most people find us on Google, on social media, or because a neighbor pointed at their own yard. Calls are usually returned the same day and emails within 24 hours. This first conversation is for your questions and ours: what the yard does after rain, what you want it to do, and what has been tried.

    Same-day callbacks, 24-hour email replies

  2. 02

    Walk the yard with Gerardo

We book an on-site assessment and send a confirmation as a reminder. Gerardo or a lead walks the property with you for 30 to 60 minutes, finds the low spots, checks the grade and the discharge options, and listens to what you actually want. There is a $50 assessment fee, and it is credited toward the installation.

    Itemized quote and sketch

Within a few days you get an itemized quote by email, line by line, so you can see what each part of the fix or the design costs. Larger renovations include a design Gerardo draws himself. You can accept online, and a 50 percent deposit secures your place on the schedule.

    Work starts within two weeks

Once the quote is accepted, work usually begins within two weeks. The spring rush is the one exception, and we will tell you if you are in it. You get a reminder 24 hours before the crew arrives and a text when we are on the way.

Walk-through before we call it done

When the crew finishes, a team member walks the property with you. If a line needs moving or an edge needs cleaning, it happens before we leave. The final invoice arrives by email and text.

Nothing is done until you say so

  6. 06

    Keep it looking right

Drainage, irrigation and turf carry our warranty. If you want the yard kept up, year-round maintenance plans start after the installation. After a hard rain, watch the low spot. It should be dry within hours, and if it is not, call us.

Questions about the process

The fee, the deposit and the timing

Is the $50 assessment really credited to the job?
Yes. If you go ahead with the installation, the $50 comes off the total. It covers Gerardo's time on site and the itemized quote that follows.
How long until work starts?
Usually within two weeks of accepting the quote. The spring rush is the exception, and we will tell you if you are in it.
What if I want changes during the job?
Tell the crew lead or call the office. Small changes are handled on the spot; anything that changes the scope gets an updated line on the quote before it is done.
How do I pay?
A 50 percent deposit secures the schedule after you accept the quote online. The final invoice arrives by email and text after the walk-through.
