Pricing guide
Real numbers from the jobs we actually do, from a one-time cleanup to a full renovation with drainage and irrigation underneath. No lump sums, no plant markup games.
The ranges
Stated by the owner and approved for publication. Every quote is itemized so you can see which lines make up your number.
| Project | Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| One-time cleanup | Quoted after we walk the property | Overgrown beds, edging, pruning and haul-off before a plan or a sale. We do not do $50 single mows. |
| Sprinkler repair visit | $300 to $600 | The typical first ticket: a broken head, a leaking valve, a zone that will not fire. Licensed work under IC #0866. |
| Artificial turf | $16 to $20 per square foot installed | Varies by pile height and base work. Pool surrounds and dog runs are the usual sizes. |
| Landscape design | Included on larger renovations | Gerardo draws the design himself in Morpholio Trace for projects in roughly the $5,000 to $7,000 and up range. |
| Full landscape renovation | $25,000 to $80,000 | Demo, design, drainage and irrigation underneath, then sod, beds, rock, edging and lighting on top. One crew, one plan. |
| Year-round maintenance plan | Quoted after we see the yard | Weekly or biweekly visits: mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, hard-surface weed control and small debris pickup. |
What a renovation buys
Grade and drainage first, then irrigation, then sod, beds, rock, edging and lighting. Doing it in that order once is cheaper than doing the landscape twice.

Landscape renovation
A backyard left as bare dirt after a pool build: drainage and weed barrier in the side yard, travertine stepping stones in slate gravel, new sod and planting beds along the brick wall.

Landscape renovation
Clipped hedges, fresh red mulch and shaped bed lines around a two-story white estate home, with a formal courtyard parterre at the rear.

Sod installation
A patchy, weed-choked front lawn stripped to soil, regraded and re-sodded in about a week, with new beds along the porch.
