Commercial
Your front lawn is the first impression a customer forms of your business. We keep it on a schedule, and we handle the drainage and irrigation that most grounds crews cannot.
One call for the whole property
Property managers usually juggle a mowing vendor, a sprinkler company and someone for the flooded corner of the lot. We are all three, and the same crew runs the route every week.
Same crew, same day. Mowing lines stay straight, edges along parking stay clean.
Valve fails, head breaks, zone dies: it is fixed on the route under IC #0866.
Retention ponds, ditches and the parking lot edge that floods get real drainage, not a pump.
Bed refreshes on a schedule and Christmas lights for the entrance.
Property managers usually juggle a mowing vendor, a sprinkler company and someone to call about the corner of the lot that floods. We are all three. Hernandez Lawnscape maintains commercial grounds across Baton Rouge and Livingston Parish on fixed weekly routes, and the same licensed crew handles the irrigation and drainage, so a manager makes one call.
The grounds are the first thing a tenant, a guest or a customer sees, and the first thing a prospective one judges. Straight mowing lines, clean parking edges and beds with something blooming at the entrance say the property is managed. Grounds that slip say the opposite, before anyone reaches the door.
Apartment complexes, restaurants, churches, hotels, manufactured-home communities, RV parks and managed office properties. The drone photos on this page are from properties on our current routes.
Commercial irrigation systems fail in ways that cost money quietly: a stuck valve running all night, a broken head flooding a sidewalk, a controller nobody has reprogrammed since the property changed hands. Because we hold the state irrigation license, those are fixed on the route. And when a corner of the lot floods every storm, we fix it with grade and gravity, not with a pump that fails in the outage.
We walk the property with you, note the acreage, the beds, the hard surfaces, the irrigation and the drainage problems, and quote a plan in writing. Property managers with more than one site can put them all on one route.

I have consistently received excellent service and have no intention of looking back. I have relied on it for both my home and business needs for three years, and I have never encountered a complaint.
