The problem

  • Large acreage with parking, drainage ditches and retention ponds to work around.
  • Tenants, guests and Sunday services that set the schedule.

Commercial grounds are where a year-round plan proves itself. The properties in these drone photos are on the same routes week after week, which is why the mowing lines are straight and the edges along the parking lots stay clean.

What we built

  1. Step 1

Recurring mowing, edging and bed care on a fixed weekly route.

  2. Step 2

Drainage and irrigation repairs handled by the same licensed crew, so managers make one call.

Because Hernandez Lawnscape carries a state irrigation license and does its own drainage, a property manager does not need a second and third contractor when a valve fails or a corner of the lot floods.

The result

I have relied on it for both my home and business needs for three years, and I have never encountered a complaint.
