The problem
- A new-construction lot graded by the builder, with the usual soft spots.
- The homeowners wanted a finished yard for move-in, not a seeded one.

What we built
- Step 1
Checked the builder's grade and corrected the low spots before any sod went down.
- Step 2
Planted and mulched the foundation beds along the front.
- Step 3
Laid the full lot from pallets in a single day with the crew and a compact loader.
Most new builds come with a landscaper attached to the contractor, so a homeowner calling us directly usually means the builder's yard was not part of the deal or was not good enough. Either way the job starts with the grade the builder left, because a rushed final grade is the number one reason new yards flood.
With the grade checked, the crew planted the beds and sodded the lot from pallets staged in the driveway. The drone photos are from the same morning.
